The project team is led by Elena Vanda Khorolets, an experienced Project Coordinator with a strong background in managing educational and social initiatives, particularly within the Erasmus+ framework. Her expertise in project management, cross-cultural communication, and strategic planning ensures the smooth execution of international youth exchanges, training courses, and strategic partnerships. Working alongside her is Valentyn Khorolets, an Educational Specialist with extensive experience in designing and delivering educational programs for youth and adults. As an expert in curriculum development, instructional strategies, and educational assessment, he plays a key role in creating inclusive and engaging learning experiences. Together, their combined leadership, organizational skills, and deep understanding of Erasmus+ programs provide a strong foundation for the project's success, ensuring its educational content is both impactful and accessible.
